How to build a living-room gallery wall

Two or three calm prints in one palette beat one loud poster.

How to build a living-room gallery wall

Start with the largest piece as an anchor — usually above the sofa, at eye level (centre of the art ~145–155 cm from the floor).

Add 1–2 smaller prints in the same colour temperature: neutrals, botanical or soft abstract. Avoid three unrelated styles.

Gaps between frames: 4–7 cm. Even spacing calms the wall more than perfectly aligned bottom edges.
