1. Quality complaints

If a print has a defect, email zamowienia@gallart.ovh soon after delivery with order number, description and photos.

If upheld, we offer replacement, remake or refund as appropriate.

2. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts, with exceptions. Personalised prints made to your chosen artwork, size and configuration are generally excluded as non-prefabricated goods made to specification.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without undue delay.

4. Transit damage

Check the parcel on delivery. Visible damage: note with the courier and email zamowienia@gallart.ovh.
